The hotel offered a delicious continental breakfast with various options to choose from. the location was perfect for a romantic escape as it was situated close to charming cafes, restaurants and shopping centers.
The room was a bit outdated and could benefit from some upgrades. the shower was a bit tricky to use and required some effort to maintain a consistent temperature.

The hotel was located a short distance from the center and in a quiet area with a nice view. the reception staff were attentive and helpful, but the bar area was drab and smoky. the room had a spacious bathroom and comfortable bed, and the breakfast was standard but satisfactory. Guests had access to a convenient kitchenette, and the wifi connection was strong.
The hotel was outdated and in desperate need of renovation throughout the premises.

Stayed for 12 days with family and 2 small children. Excellent facilities for family with young children. Hotel provides small backyard with playground. Only hotel in Biel that offers a family room with a bunk to accommodate 2 kids at a reasonable price. Some rooms are also equipped with small cooking facilities. Only hotel I know in Biel that provides a washing machine for clothes washing. Car parking facilities are avail at the rear of the hotel at a reasonable price. Shops are only few minutes walk away. Bus stop to station across the road. The hotel is no fuss, but has it all.
Bathroom and plumbing needs attention. Rooms with kitchenette should have a few plates and cutlery.

The Breakfast was quite alright and the rooms were well cleaned. The lady of the house is very friendly.
The building is very old and needs to get a good investment to upgrade it into the 21st century. If you compare it to chains like Novotel or Kyriad it's way off the chart. The whole place reminds me off old glory, now it's it's located a distant from the center in a poorer area with lots of immigrants. The bar is clean but also reminds me off the old days, once it could have been a strong residence but now it's lost it. Don't leave your car outside, rent a garage.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was close to the city center but also in a quiet area. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities, including the small kitchenette in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. In addition, we enjoyed the tasty breakfast that was offered.
Nothing for me.

Great Service and attention to the customer
Upfront rooms have very limited isolation (sound) to the main street. It is louder thant desired.

The breakfast offered was decent and the location was convenient for exploring the city. the rooms were clean and spacious.
Our romantic escape was ruined by the outdated and uncomfortable bed. It was so old that it squeaked every time we moved, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.
